Evonik's Chemicals business area, previously known by the name Degussa, offers a broad portfolio of products and solutions, with a correspondingly wide range of applications. They find use, for example, in the automotive, plastics and rubber industries. We also have customers in the pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, cosmetics, paint, sealant and adhesive sectors. We are market leader in more than 80 percent of our Chemicals businesses.
